SAP HANA Experts add senior talent and customers.

We are pleased to announce that as a response to the market growth for in-memory platforms to support Big Data, Analytics and ERP transformation and growth in our customer base, Centiq has made investments in technical talent and intellectual property and blue-chip additions to its senior executive team.

Now totaling over fifty in-house staff, our team who delivered the UK’s first ever SAP HANA project, has doubled its sales staff and increased the number of SAP HANA instances it manages by 30%, the most managed by any provider in the UK.

Newly-appointed Head of Sales & Marketing, Ed Dixon, is now responsible for Centiq’s growth and ever-expanding customer engagements.

Further new hires in engineering, sales and marketing, including a new partner and alliance function, has seen a move to expanded premises, with extended customer demonstration facilities, in the prestigious Nottingham Business Park.

Optiq, Centiq’s best-in-class infrastructure management dashboard has also been significantly enhanced over the last 12 months. It now proactively manages complex distributed datasets to help customers monitor mission critical in-memory databases remotely and on-site at clients including M&S, Greggs, Pets At Home, Arco and Cambridge Assessment.

Our founder and CEO, Glyn Heath, commented: “2016 has been a year of both significant growth and investment for Centiq. The relentless need for efficiency in IT is driving significant opportunities for our in-memory managed services, both on-premise and increasingly in the cloud. As our customers know, we will always deliver, and as a team, we can see this quality of service is paying off. With new facilities, a refreshed, but deeply experienced team and more proven expertise knowledge than the competition, we are looking forward to 2017 and building on our successes over the next 12 months.”
