Reporting to the COO, the Service Transition Manager will support our vision and assist in providing guidance to our highly experienced Operations teams, Consultants and Service Delivery Manager in consistently providing exceptional service transitions for our customers, both internally and externally.
The role will lead and shape the transition of customer solutions from our Professional Services to our Managed Services. You will have extensive experience in service take-on and transition projects as well Service Provider Managed Services. You will have a good understanding of Agile project delivery as well as Service and support initiation. You will be able to build strong, long lasting relationships with customers and suppliers as well as a clear communicator to our business. This role seeks an individual who will challenge conventional thinking, is a self starting innovator and someone seeking to drive process improvement and customer value creation.
